The 2025 National Championships in Canberra (16-22 November) saw one of the largest Warringah Archers turnouts in recent years. Across multiple divisions and bow types, our archers delivered strong performances, personal milestones and podium finishes. This year’s National Championships were an exceptional showcase of the depth, commitment and spirit within Warringah Archers. From gold-medal team victories to personal bests, top-eight finishes and courageous matchplay performances, our representatives demonstrated skill, composure and genuine sportsmanship on the national stage. It was also a championship marked by teamwork in the truest sense, archers supporting one another on the line, coaches and families stepping in where needed, and club volunteers working behind the scenes to ensure every member could perform at their best.
What stood out most was not just the results, but the way our club carried itself throughout the week. The encouragement, resilience and camaraderie shown by athletes, officials, supporters and parents embodied what makes Warringah Archers such a strong and welcoming community. These achievements reflect countless hours of training, shared knowledge, and the pride we take in representing our club. Congratulations to all who competed, supported or assisted, you have done Warringah Archers proud.
