Warringah Archers 2026 International Women’s Day Event

The Warringah Archers 2026 International Women’s Day Event is a registered target shoot offering multiple rounds to suit all experience levels, from beginners through to U17 and senior archers. Distances range from 20m to 50m on 122cm faces, with a maximum of three archers per target. Registration opens at 8:15am, followed by bow inspection at 8:30am, then practice and scoring. Entry is $30 per participant, with online entries only closing on 2 March 2026. Membership will be checked on the day via Archers Diary and digital membership cards, and a canteen will operate throughout the event.

Warringah Archers 2026 Warringah Open

The 2026 Warringah Open is a one-day outdoor tournament hosted at the home of Warringah Archers, featuring a Samford round shot at 40 metres.

Open to recurve, compound and barebow divisions, the event offers a well-run, relaxed competitive environment with individual awards and a teams trophy decided on the day.

Lunch is included, a canteen will operate throughout the event, and entries are limited.

2025 Trans-Tasman Challenge

Australia claimed the Trans-Tasman Trophy in 2025 with a strong team performance, highlighted by Warringah Archer Eve Whitear’s outstanding results. Competing in the U18 Compound Female division, Eve secured bronze in the individual event before delivering a commanding performance in the Matchplay finals to take gold. Her achievements were instrumental in Australia’s overall victory and mark a significant milestone in her development as one of the country’s rising young compound archers.
