2nd Big Bash: Barebow & Longbow Tournament

Warringah Archers is bringing back the Big Bash for its second year, with a day built for barebow and longbow archers who enjoy their competition with a bit less hardware and a bit more character.

Leave the sights at home, dust off the longbow, fine tune the barebow, and get ready for a relaxed but competitive day on the range. The Big Bash is open to archers of all skill levels, with a focus on good shooting, club spirit, and a bit of end-of-year fun.

The tournament will be shot as a Geelong round, consisting of 90 arrows at 30 metres on a 122cm target face. The event will include open divisions for Barebow Recurve Male and Female, plus Longbow Male and Female.

There will also be a teams challenge at the end of the competition. Teams can be named on the day and must include one male, one female and one youth archer, all registered with the same club. Clubs may enter more than one team, with the teams taking part in a fun elimination shoot to close out the event.
