Come and Try Archery
Warringah Archers hosts “Come N Try” Archery lessons held each month.
Curious about archery but not sure where to start?
Our Come N Try sessions are designed as a relaxed, welcoming introduction to the sport. Over the course of two hours, you’ll learn the fundamentals of safe shooting, basic technique, and what it feels like to send your first arrows downrange, all under the guidance of experienced club coaches.
You don’t need any prior experience or equipment. Everything is provided, including bows, arrows, and safety gear, and the session is structured to suit complete beginners of all ages.
Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a family activity, or simply want to try something different, Come N Try offers a low-pressure way to experience archery in a supportive club environment.
If you enjoy it, we’ll also explain the pathways into further coaching or club membership, entirely at your own pace.

| Time: | Lesson goes for 2 hours, commencing at 9.00 AM and finishing at 11.00 AM Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to have your equipment allocated! These courses will continue even in wet weather, dress accordingly |
| Cost: | $30 per person |
| Equipment: | You do not have to have your own equipment, the above fee includes all equipment necessary to “Have a Go” in the sport of archery. |
| Ages: | Warringah Archers will accept juniors as young as 6 years of age, there is no limit to age, so our more senior members of the public are most welcome. |
