DESCRIPTION:Beginner Archery Course (3–4 Weeks)\nWarringah Archers’ Beginner Course is a structured progression from introductory shooting to consistent\, independent practice. The course runs over three or four weekly sessions\, each lasting two hours\, and is designed for those who have completed at least one Come N Try session or have equivalent exposure to archery basics. \nAcross the course you’ll cover range safety\, equipment handling\, warm-up and cool-down routines\, and the fundamentals of target archery. Instruction focuses on building a repeatable shot process\, including stance\, bow hand\, draw\, anchor\, aim\, release\, and follow-through\, along with practical skills such as target set-up\, arrow selection\, and basic equipment care. \nAn optional fourth session provides the opportunity to shoot alongside club members under normal club conditions. This session runs at a different time and details are provided during the course. On completion\, participants will have the knowledge required to select and maintain basic equipment\, understand scoring\, and continue shooting safely and confidently at club level.
